    Randy Buzzo is one of the leading Subaru dealers in the country. He began his career in the auto industry in 1985 as a sales consultant. He quickly moved up to management. Then he launched Riverside Motors in Granville, WV. Under his leadership Riverside became the largest preowned vehicle dealership in northern West Virginia. He joined John Howard Subaru in 1998. As the Owner and Dealer Principal, Buzzo has helped guide John Howard Subaru to numerous awards and accolades, including the prestigious Chairman's Roundtable Award. (three times) Randy is a member of the Subaru National Dealer Advisory Board, and Member of NADA, and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Subaru Mid-Atlantic Dealers Board. Since his arrival and ownership of John Howard Subaru, the dealership has been the #1 Subaru dealer in West Virginia every single year. Randy Buzzo has twice been listed as one of the "100 Most Influential People" by the Morgantown Dominion Post. Buzzo contributes to many charitable organizations, and is a lifelong resident of the Morgantown area.

    Chris Azzaro has been with John Howard Motors since 2003 and now serves as General Manager. 

    He previously served as Sales Manager for two years lifting the dealership to record-breaking sales years in both 2009 and 2010.

    Chris was previously a Sales Consultant at John Howard Motors from 2003 to 2008. 

    As a salesman, Chris earned the highest level of sales recognition - Master Peak Performer -  five times! In addition, he was a four-time JHM Salesman of the Year award winner. 

    In 2007 Chris set the all time record at John Howard Motors with 373 sales! 

    He currently serves as both Internet Marketing Director and General Manager.

    Jason Berry is a true Subaru enthusiast having owned several WRX's and an STi. A native of England, Jason currently resides in Morgantown with his wife and kids. Jason brings a long and successful sales background to the John Howard team, and is currently one of the highest rated Subaru salespersons in the district. Jason's role as Internet Sales Director has helped the internet sales department to grow with record-breaking back to back sales figures in 2010 and 2011.

    Julie Pirlo is regarded by many as the finest finance specialist in the area. She has been with John Howard Motors since 1994. Under her direction, the John Howard finance department has been #1 in volume with Subaru Motors Finance for 4 years straight. Julie was also awarded the highest level of achievement in Subaru Added Security sales. Julie Pirlo is a 2001 graduate of West Virginia University, receiving a Master's Degree from the School of Business and Economics. She is currently a resident of Preston County.

Anthoney is a HUGE West Virginia Mountaineer fan, and he also loves Penguin hockey. He always goes the "extra mile" to make his customers relaxed and happy.

    Karen Bryan brings nearly 30 years of experience to the John Howard Subaru finance deptartment. She is, perhaps, the most seasoned and experienced finance specialist in the area. She has a lengthy list of awards for excellence in financing, insurance, and service contracts. Karen is a graduate of West Virginia University, and currently resides in Greene County, PA.

    Jamie Triplett is one of the top Subaru sales consultants in the Mid-Atlantic. He is currently one of the top volume Subaru sales consultants in West Virginia. Jamie began his career at John Howard Subaru as a Service Manager.

    In 2010 Triplett was a "Master Peak Performer" through Subaru of America, the "Subaru Sales Leader" through John Howard Subaru, and the overall "Salesman of the Year" for the entire John Howard Motors orginazation.

    Jamie currently resideds in Arnettsville, WV and is the former owner of "Trip's Bar & Grill."

He consistently maintains the highest levels in any customer survey index and was awarded as the John Howard Motors 2011 Top Sales Performer. Mike is a lifelong resident of Waynesburg, PA.

If her name sounds familiar then perhaps you have heard her on the airwaves where she worked part time as a local radio personality. Marissa has served as Maid of Honor to the Buckwheat Festival Queen as well as achieving Homecoming Queen, Prom Queen and Class Clown status. Her enthusiasm for the automotive industry along with her personality makes her a great asset to our team.
