    Randy Buzzo is one of the leading Subaru dealers in the country. He began his career in the auto industry in 1985 as a sales consultant. He quickly moved up to management. Then he launched Riverside Motors in Granville, WV. Under his leadership Riverside became the largest preowned vehicle dealership in northern West Virginia. He joined John Howard Subaru in 1998. As the co-owner and Dealer Principal, Buzzo has helped guide John Howard Subaru to numerous awards and accolades, including the prestigous Chairman's Roundtable Award. (three times) Randy is a member of the Subaru National Dealer Advisory Board, and Member of NADA, and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Subaru Mid-Atlantic Dealers Board. Since his arrival and ownership of John Howard Subaru, the dealership has been the #1 Subaru dealer in West Virginia every single year. Randy Buzzo has twice been listed as one of the "100 Most Influential People" by the Morgantown Dominion Post. Buzzo contributes to many charitible orginazations, and is a lifelong resident of the Morgantown area.

    Bob Meredith is the Co-Owner and General Sales Manager of John Howard Subaru. He started at John Howard Motors in 1993. He quickly became an award-winning sales consultant. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1996. He then went on to lead John Howard Subaru to numerous regoinal and national sales awards. Under his direction, John Howard Motors has become one of the most successful Subaru dealerships in the country. Meredith is a lifelong Fairmont resident.

    Chris Azzaro has been with John Howard Motors since 2003. He is a two-time Gold level Subaru Sales Consultant (2005 & 2006) and he is also a two-time Subaru Master Peak Performer (2007 & 2008). Chris holds the all time record for annual sales at John Howard Motors by posting 373 recorded sales in 2007. He currently serves as Internet Director and Sales Manager.

    Julie Pirlo is regarded by many as the finest finance specialist in the area. She has been with John Howard Motors since 1994. Under her direction, the John Howard finance department has been #1 in volume with Subaru Motors Finance for 4 years straight. Julie was also awarded the highest level of acheivement in Subaru Added Security sales. Julie Pirlo is a 2001 graduate of West Virginia University, receiving a Master's Degree from the School of Buisness and Economics. She is currently a resident of Preston County.

She has a lengthy list of awards for excellence in financing, insurance, and service contracts. Karen is a graduate of West Virginia University, and currently resides in Greene County, PA.

Most recently, Frances was awarded with the Nissan award for being one of the best controllers in the country, an award that fewer than 10 other controllers in the nation received. She is a resident of Waynesburg, PA.
